Attendance at Real Estate Events or Tourism Fairs

The purpose of attending fairs where living spaces are sold, whether long-term or short-term, is to introduce prospects as much as possible to the on-site atmosphere and to create a set of expectations that coincide as much as possible. more with reality.
For an exhibitor, all aspects of preparation are extremely important. We at Virtual Tree are very good at one of these aspects - creating presentation content - and that's why we want to share with you some ideas that can inspire you for the following events you want to attend:
1. Go digital
Instead of the classic brochures or business cards, you can use Tablets, Touchscreen Displays or VR Glasses at the stand that visitors can access by themselves. Give them the ability to email them the link to the 3D Mockup or Mockups they just viewed and give them the chance to discover and decide at their own pace what appeals to them and what makes them feel attached to one or more of your options. By giving them this freedom, you win the goodwill of your prospects and increase your chances of staying in their minds for a longer time.
2. Your buyers are young
Make your stand a space for socializing, exploring, a space that invites you "in" and, very importantly, try to ditch the pitch speech when interacting with prospects. Rather, engage them in a "human" conversation, show them visualization tools they can use themselves, and invite them to ask questions. Dare to let go of a rehearsed speech and try, in instead, know your product and pitch platform extremely well so that the conversation with your prospects is a free one, one that they can lead if they want to, and one that you have all the answers to.
3. Interactive is more engaging
The presentation photos and videos are wonderful. I really am! But fairs and exhibitions are not the environment in which these two tools perform best. The experience you bring to a fair has only one chance to capture the attention of passers-by and create an emotional bond with a prospect. When an interested bystander touches a screen displaying a 3D Mockup, they receive a response. The image moves, the user takes control, freely explores and creates their own experience. VR glasses are also a very fun way to explore a 3D Mockup, and what's more, they can even be given as souvenirs to interested participants! Email them the link to the Mockup and give them a pair of VR Glasses so they can relive the experience at home (even cardboard VR glasses work great).
4. Make the most of technology
If we offer you a presentation solution that you can use at the fair and that you can "give home" to prospects (by emailing them the relevant links), you can still make an effort to be present and visible in the eyes of a larger audience. Try to use the power of social media. Broadcast live or post "moment by moment" the happenings at the fair and at the stand, through live broadcasts, stories or posts on Facebook and Instagram to show your fans, who are still at home, what is happening at event and why it might be a good idea to visit in person.
We are big supporters of using technology for productive purposes, and that's why we feel the need to remind you of the power of social media channels.
If you have any questions or ideas you'd like to discuss with us, we look forward to hearing from you.
Until next time!
